On a long journey you will need to make a fast charge to continue your trip. Whether at a highway rest area or a nearby fast charging station, the process is the same.
Don’t know where the fast chargers are around you? Use the planner and the Electus map to find chargers on your route.
A fast charging station lets you refill your vehicle in about 25–30 minutes. The cable is already attached to the charger, so you don’t need to bring your own.
Your vehicle must be equipped with a CCS connector to charge quickly.

To charge on a fast charger, take your Electus card and tap it on the reader. If required, select the connector, then plug it into your vehicle.
Charging power drops significantly above 80%. It’s recommended to unplug and continue your trip.
The last 20% takes almost as long as charging from 10% to 80%, so you waste time waiting for 100%.
