The use of the Electus application implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use (ToU). By accessing or using the application, the user acknowledges having read these ToU and accepts them without reservation.

If the user does not accept these ToU, they must immediately stop using the application.

All content on the application (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, software, etc.) is the exclusive property of Electus or its partners, and is protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property.

The user undertakes not to reproduce, distribute, disseminate, or exploit this content, except with express and prior authorization from Electus.

By publishing any content (texts, images, etc.) on the application, the user grants Electus a free, worldwide, irrevocable and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute and display this content in the context of operating the application, without any consideration.

All content published on the application must comply with professional standards. The application reserves the right to suspend access to any user publishing inappropriate or non-compliant content.

The user is responsible for their use of the application and undertakes to comply with applicable laws and regulations. They must ensure that the information and data they provide are accurate and compliant.

The application cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions or technical problems affecting the execution of services.

Electus is not responsible for problems or disruptions caused by the inability to access the platform, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond its control.

The user acknowledges that the use of the Internet involves risks, particularly in terms of computer hacking and data interception.

The application takes measures to secure exchanges, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the Internet. The user accepts to use the application at their own risk.

The application's services are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in case of scheduled maintenance or force majeure.

The application reserves the right to suspend or interrupt access to services temporarily or permanently in case of violation of the ToU by the user.

Certain services or advanced features of the application may require prior registration and acceptance of specific conditions.

Access to these services may be conditional on providing additional information and accepting the associated specific conditions.

Users' personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the application's Privacy Policy, which must be consulted separately.
